In my current role at HelloFresh, I lead the International Supply Chain Planning team, aligning local supply chains with a global strategy. By insourcing logistics solutions and managing 3PL distribution centers, we streamline operations, eliminate costly supply chain segments, and enhance product availability. This approach reduces lead times, optimizes cash flow, improves service to our European production facilities, and ultimately boosts customer satisfaction.Additionally, we provide a global perspective to the decentralized supply chain teams, ensuring strategic alignment with a focus on total cost of ownerhip approach and shifting away from siloed, market-by-market thinking. Specifically, we support capacity and allocation management and integrate an S&OP cycle to foster more cohesive and efficient decision-making.

In my role, I built and led a 17-person Purchase-to-Pay team for the DACH region, overseeing supply planning and operations across sites. I shifted our approach from reactive issue management to proactive supply and demand planning, managing increased complexity and freeing up capacity for strategic work through early gap identification and task offshoring. This effort fostered skill development and streamlined operations.I also helped the DACH management team to shape the operating model, transforming workflows for faster decision-making and increased collaboration. I developed and implemented a framework for horizontal teams, complementing the vertical structure and aligning different parts of the company on shared goals to resolve conflicting priorities.

While optimizing assortments and negotiating contracts, I conducted trend research to introduce new designs and develop the existing portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands. I also collaborated closely with Visual Merchandising and Interior Architecture to steer floor zoning and presentation in-store.
