CurrentIndonesian Youth Impact Innovation and Startup Challenges (Wave 1) | Feb - Apr 2024I co-led a national youth-focused innovation program with 331 participants from 28 provinces in Indonesia. Partnering with SDGs Financing Hub, @america, and Telkom University, we organized key activities, including:- Program Kickoff & Webinar: Discussed youth entrepreneurship and SDGs opportunities (130 participants).Information Sessions & University Visits: Engaged 58 participants and 5 incubators.- Public Competition: Received 117 proposals from 313 youth, addressing 10 key issues and 13 SDGs. The - Top 20 received mentoring, pitching, and matchmaking with strategic partners.- Pitching & IP Sessions: Facilitated youth-stakeholder collaborations and provided insights on intellectual property.ATX+ Indonesia Training Program for Entrepreneurs | Nov 2023 - Mar 2024As a team member of the implementing partner, I co-managed a collaboration between the University of Texas at Austin, US Embassy, UGM, and the City of Austin. The program aimed to accelerate Indonesian startups through intensive training, mentorship, and global exposure.- Program Design & Delivery: Coordinated a comprehensive series including a 6-week online module by UT Austin and in-person workshops.-Participant Outreach & Selection: Managed recruitment of 137 applicants from 17 provinces. Managed selection of 20 entrepreneurs from various sectors.- Workshops & Mentorship: Organized a 3-day workshop in Yogyakarta, focusing on value propositions, marketing strategies, pitching, and market validation.- Pitching & SXSW Selection: Facilitated sessions leading to five startups being selected to represent Indonesia at SXSW in Austin, Texas.
