Ann worked for over three decades enabling multinational companies including Teva, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Honeywell and Colgate Palmolive to become one of most admired sustainability leaders in the world. As an enabler for impact, she played key roles in the green chemistry and healthcare plastic recycling movement, including launching several industry roundtables. Before starting Sustainability Women in the World (SW2) movement, as the Head of Impact and Senior Director of a start-up called Modern Meadow, she led the work to position the company as one of the most sustainable and respected nextgen biomaterial suppliers in the world. With the increasing headwinds and the rising power of CSOs, she founded SW2 with like-minded CSOs to seize the power of CSOs to lift and rise sustainability leaders in the world so that we can collectively change how we live, learn and work for a better future for all.
