I am used to working both in big teams and being the only developer on a project and don't struggle with finding a good self-motivation. The thing that is very important for me, though, is a flat company structure. As the possibility to share ideas, and participate in solution discussions became a quintessence of a most healthy project environment for me based on all experience I had. As a part of being a self-motivated person, attentive to the details, and very responsible with an eye for design, I am always trying to improve myself and enjoy the people around me.
