Secured additional $6M above program line for prevention of sexual assault. Hired 3 prevention experts and built prevention capacity for DoD SAPR program executive leaders and key stakeholders. Delivered Prevention Plan of Action (released April 2019) and capability maturity tool to measure progress, drove negotiations for updated policy for Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (released Feb 2020) reconciling conflicts in policy, released CATCH the serial offender program (Aug 2019) and championed development for first-ever DoD Policy on Integrated Primary Prevention of Self-Directed Harm and Prohibited Abuse or Harm (released Sep 2020).
