Secured additional $6M above program line for prevention of sexual assault. Hired 3 prevention experts and built prevention capacity for DoD SAPR program executive leaders and key stakeholders. The Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Strategic Studies Group (SSG) generates revolutionary naval warfare concepts, which for over a century have been the key to U.S. naval supremacy. Revolutionary implies that the concepts would upset the existing order and such are non-consensual within the Navy’s organization. This means the SSG focuses its efforts on warfighting concepts that appear to have great potential, but Navy organizations are currently not pursuing. In conducting this mission, the SSG is at the leading edge of the Conceptualization Phase of the Process for Naval Warfare Innovation. As a Senior Fellow for CNO SSG 34, explored innovations and made recommendations for the Navy Talent Management out to 2030, including new concepts for recruiting, developing, and retaining Sailors.
