Ann Piper is a Head of North America Ad Sales at Spotify. Colleagues describe her as "One of my first impressions of Ann was showing up at our New York office for a training I was running and that people from several of the nearby offices were traveling to attend. Ann had just taken over the Sales team and the previous leadership had been a bit lax about things like showing up on time and several people were late. She stood up, welcomed everyone warmly, and then let them know in no uncertain terms that she was going to run a tighter ship and expected punctuality and professionalism from everyone.
