Fisher Stewart was granted the Australian agency for Wallingford Software Ltd, and I was employed to directly manage that aspect in a part-time capacity. The remainder of my employment was in as a senior consultant, where I prepared tenders and management of project teams including engineers and other technical specialists.

As a member of the Water Quality Team my role included identifying the risks and consequences of contamination of the drinking water system. I also developed a water quality sampling program to meet National Health and Medical Research Council guidelines and the implementation of a database for storing/interrogating results.I was also responsible for developing a Case Management Program for all customers with more than three dirty water complaints in twelve months. The program was designed to improve communication with the customers, as well as finding engineering solutions to prevent future instances.I undertook numerous hydraulic modelling projects – both strategically to assess development applications and operationally to help during incidents. Whilst in the sewerage operations team I was directly responsible for setting, managing and reviewing performance to budget of the scheduled maintenance contract.My final position was in the marketing section where I was involved in several strategic business reviews, including assessment of payment channels, where I identified a simple change to the bill that would create significant savings and the review of rainwater tank viability.
