I am currently Vice President, Product Specialist for claims administration services. My past experience allows me to focus on client and program needs, considering services and program management that will impact claim outcomes/costs, as opposed to strictly considering administrative charges.I was a WC consultant for more than 13 years, with multi-jurisdictional focus. I worked with a number of employers, evaluating their WC programs to identify cost-reduction opportunities in claims administration and also operational management that impacted injuries and costs. Program size ranged from annual WC costs in the thousands, to annual WC budgets well in excess of $1mm.
