Primarily focused on generating awareness and educating the public on LTA's policies and initiatives, I built my experience in driving nationwide campaigns using a variety of ATL and BTL platforms and take heart in knowing that the campaigns I created actually helps the public understand and appreciate government's policies and initiatives better.Being in LTA helped me gained experience in how things work in the public sector and opened up my perspectives in the marketing arena. This places me in good standing as an all-rounder with diverse experience from both private and public sectors.

As the product In-Charge (IC) for the marketing of HardwareMag (HWM) and later on, for Torque (Singapore’s No. 1 Monthly Motoring Magazine), I managed the overall branding, developed marketing collateral and organised all events under the titles.With advertising being a huge part of the media and publishing business, I secured collaboration with many partners and sponsors to co-market for larger campaigns and events. Managing these events' P&L to ensure profit was needless to say, the most important piece of the puzzle.On a half yearly basis, I reviewed and planned the marketing budget for the financial year, done along with strategising and conceptualising marketing activities for the year ahead.

As with most account executives in any agency, my main role was to manage client accounts. Hagley and Hoyle is a fully accredited ad agency with over 40 years of experience specialising in the property and real estate industry, and being with them gave me the opportunity to service property developers such as Frasers Centrepoint and Qingjian Realty. I drove two successful residential launches in a short span of six months, and my area of work involved pitching for the job and then overseeing the project's inception through to production for a full range of marketing materials. This often included (but not limited to) brochures, mailers, press ads, TV ads, radio ads, hoarding and sales gallery graphic designs. Ability to multi-task and being meticulous to details to oversee costings, quality of work and timely completion of jobs were key factors in satisfying clients. It was also here that I acquired an aesthetic eye for creative visuals.

Honoured to be part of the opening team for Marina Bay Sands. As the pioneer team, we had to set the foundation for a lot of procedures and I navigated my way through an exciting yet uncertain period. As an International Marketing team member, I built and maintained good client relations with MBS' international VIPs to ensure repeat patronage. Managing VIPs' accounts, handling their expenses and commission calculations as well as coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless service for the VIPs were all part of the equation. It was an eye-opening experience as I got to handle high-end clients and worked in a fast-paced environment that demands multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills.
