Preparing the inventory list for entire BHS including spare, tools, consumables, PPE etc. • Building the efficiency of the team by providing the planned training activities to the electrical team.

• Key Responsibilities: • Handling the OEM customer in North region includes management of all OEM business in entire NCR region, Development of new OEM by innovating new technology in OEM products for better performance.• Implementing product demo and providing on Product presentation, Price negotiation, preparation of Quotations & Cold Call to maintain customer relationship for OEM customers.• Planning for Complete dispatch schedule and order processing for new order using SAP and SAP CRM soft ware. Schedule and paper job work includes submission of Monthly Field report, branch Business Report & Monthly activity reports.• Demand planning for next 45 days for OEM requirements.• Attending and conducting review meeting for future planning.

• Handling projects includes management of all resources of man power, equipment in Tank Weighing, DFS& Belt Weigher & coordination with all team members.• Ensuring timely collection of account receivables (AMC Payments, Spare & Service Payments) and spares generation activities. • Implementing product demo and providing on job training to new customers and new employees.• Planning for travelling schedule and paper job work includes submission of Monthly Field report, branch spare & Service Business Report & Active Spare & Service Quotes
