Astley-Gilbert offerings include grand format, wayfinding, hoarding, direct marketing, custom displays, point-of-purchase, visual displays, vehicle wraps, photo books and more.Reporting to the Executive Vice President, my responsibilities include: - Develop net new business in addition to my regular account management role; - Assist in brand promotion and partnering in industry-related/PR events to increase sales; - Facilitate client seminars, raising awareness of the company’s products and services; - Prepare and present proposals to net new as well as existing clients; - Provide regular operational goals reports to executive management; - Create, teach and enforce, exceptional processes to ensure optimal customer experience; - Lead business development, internal production, and executive management strategy meetings; - Identify trends and client needs to develop new business opportunities; - Assist customers and third-party partnerships with new collaborations; - Develop and oversee partner channels to increase the company’s national exposure; and - Stay on top of industry trends and the impact on Astley-Gilbert’s offerings.

- Instruct Advanced level spin classes consistently at least twice weekly;- Regularly instruct at special spin events, i.e., monthly 3-hour Endurance spin sessions; and- Lead instructor on special fundraising events such as the Tour for Kids.
