Coached a group of first year student to become very independent researchers.

Critical and constructive advised the faculty board about the policy to be followed.

Coaching and mentoring first year students during their lab work.

Supervised final exam students with their project about liquid crystals. I inspired some student to go study at the Eindhove University of Technology after their graduation and some students even choose to study Chemical Engineering and Chemistry.I guided this workweek four times and as a senior mentor I helped coaching the junior mentors.

In this job I learned to always take a close look around and notice which work can still be done.

I provided tutoring to students both from secondary school and university.
