• Enacted and updated key software and management changes, including the introduction of cloud-based collaboration solutions, and project management software.
• Responsible for the organization of conferences and events internationally, as well as general management of more than 25,000 members across over 250 chapters.
• Led the development and design of the IEEE-HKN website, as well as becoming the webmaster and admin for the site.

New Jersey

• Created the IEEE-HKN certification system, resulting in a semi-automated process that dramatically increased productivity.
• Managed cross-department tasks, including key financial processes and member processing.

• Led the Android/Unity project, with a complete code conversion goal to allow for a cross platform release.
• Responsible for negotiating contacts with and leading both on-site and off-site resources across multiple time zones.

• Managed a team of 30 across multiple six to seven figure projects.
• Led communication and project management efforts for off-site resources both domestically and internationally across China, India, Pakistan, and Australia.

• Led the production team tasked with the studio’s largest existing project, a partnership with Games Workshop.
• Responsible for key initiatives in cross-departmental communication, including tracking reports, improvements to task management and allocation, as well as milestones efforts

• Created multiple internal methods for regression testing, bug processing, and resource management allowing for more efficient communication across teams
• Led team of 20 testers during the release of the two most successful project completions in company history, with software earning universal acclaim and multiple national awards
• Responsible for the creation of the Live Test System, which provided a new focus to QA with direct interaction across software users

• Developed the CA online beta test, allowing for a wide-scale beta to be deployed for the first time in company history
• Embedded as a focus tester after direct request from the code team to be included within their member structure to allow for greater depth of essential testing
