As a Department and Project Manager at CDS Publications and partner with Consolidated Graphics, I currently am assisting in the implementation and management of several integrated print/technology solutions involving multiple locations, nations and variables servicing the needs of a several multi-billion dollar customers.CDS is a large regional printing company, and is wholly owned by Consolidated Graphics, a publicly traded printing company with 70 facilities nationwide and numerous others internationally (CGX-NYSE). CDS/CGX boasts one of the greatest digital press fleets in the world and is paired with the latest technology as well as timeless industry capabilities such as: heat set web, sheet fed and specializes in printing books, catalogs, magazines, manuals, commercial brochures, highly customized direct mail solutions as well as customized, personalized books, cards and calendars.I thrive on bringing order and efficiency to unexplored/non-efficient environments, new projects and programs to create and implement processes and systems of management where they didn’t exist previously. By strategically coordinating with teams of experts I successfully create, implement, train, manage and transition project/program ownership into business’ local systems and workflows resulting in added revenue and cost savings. This is achieved by adding new business and eliminating the excess and obsolescence of primitive manufacturing processes, workflows, inventory, business strategies and wasted time.
