Responsible to carry out objectives, assist with control costs, help maintain harmonious employee relations, contribute to improved workflow, keep accurate records, and help maintain the department in safe working condition.► Supervise and ensure the day to day work, of subordinates on repair orders is performed with efficiency, accuracy, and high quality, and in accordance with dealership, insurance company and ensures that jobs are completed properly on time..► Supervise the preparation of work in-progress reports in addition to pending jobs reports for the Auto body workshop.► Ensures smooth coordination with other divisions and sections in order to guarantee on time delivery of services.► Ensures that all inquiries(financial/technical/administrative) required are fulfilled.► Assist in the oversight of all work performed and ensure the repair order is properly documented with proper flag sheets, technician notes, etc.► Immediately respond to safety issues with corrective action(s)► Share in the institution and promotion of a new-technician learning process and act as a mentor by illustrating best practices and by embracing/promoting quality repairs► Maintain awareness of current and projected market conditions; develop andimplement appropriate strategies and programs as necessary to attain the body shop objectives► Prepares yearly expected financial budget for the ABS workshop.► Continuously improves the technical & managerial skills of subordinates.► Conducts/delegates the yearly performance appraisal of subordinates.► Any other assignment given by management from time to time.

- Ensure that all Warranty claims are submitted to the highest standards following guidelines determined by BMW group.- Ensure that there are no pending, Warranty Jobs are closed within the given time.- Maintain personal technical knowledge and skills and up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures
