• Preparation of Monthly Quality Report.• Preparation of Method Statement and ITP.• Conduct trainings of Quality Inspector and Site team as per Approved M.S• Conduct FAT of Supplier with Engineers Representative.• Issuing of internal NCR.• Closing of NCR and SOR from Engineer.• Work is carried out according to the project drawings and specifications• Coordinated the site activities with the engineers and inspectors• Materials delivered and usage at site of approved sources• Daily site inspections and supervision of activities according to daily program• Ensured QA/QC, Health & Safety rules & regulations at site.• Provides support and guidance to the Construction Team in resolving issues affecting the quality and safety of the works.• Arrange and carry-out inspection of civil works, ensuring activities are compliant with project specifications, drawings, procedures, ITPs, and other technical requirements.• Ensuring that all measurement tool/ instruments are calibrated as per Specification.• Reporting to QA/QC Manager for ongoing activities and quality issues.• Preparation of test results, weekly& monthly summary/progress reports.

Job Responsibilities:Performed different material test such as,Soil Testing: Sieve Analysis ,Proctor test( Maximum Dry Density), California Bearing Ratio (CBR), Field Density Test(FDT), Specific gravity of soil, Atterberg Limits of soil.Concrete Testing: Concrete Mix Design, Compressive Strength of Concrete Cube, Density of fresh and hard Concrete , Slump Test,Initial and Final setting time of concrete,Air content of fresh concrete, Sampling of fresh concrete,Bleeding of concrete(BS, BS EN,ASTM and AASHTO standards).Aggregates: Sieve Analysis, Specific Gravity of Fine & Coarse Aggregate, Soundness, Los Angles Abrasion, Aggregate Crushing Value, Impact Value, Flakiness, and Elongation Index, Sand Equivalent.Asphalt: Asphalt Mix Design, Sampling & testing of Asphalt (Extraction, Marshall sample preparing, Gmm, Core Density, VMA, VFA,Prime coat & Tack coat, as per Project specifications and relevant(BS , ASTM and AASHTO standards).
