I am the subject-matter expert for the firm’s Client Relationship Management and Marketing solutions. I enhance the firm’s marketing and business development efforts by maximizing the firm’s relationship networks using a variety of CRM, Analytics and research tools. I also play a key role in the administration of other systems used by the department.- Develop and manage the advance configuration of the firm’s CRM and Marketing solutions, including day-to-day monitoring and upkeep.· Administration of the firm’s digital presence and strategy; including the CRM, e-Marketing tools, Website publishing, Reporting and Analytics, etc.· Interprets and implements changes according to the legislation governing marketing initiatives.(CASL, GDPR, etc.)· Provides procurement and vendor/stakeholder relations services.· Project manages the implementation, upgrade and system integration between tools.· Interprets data and provides analysis to ensure the firm reaches its targeted audiences, to drive successful marketing campaigns.· Ensures the ongoing management and accuracy of data in the CRM applications.· Distribution of client bulletins, thought leadership, event invitations and all other Firm distributions.· Responsible for the implementation and adoption of systems used for Marketing purposes at the Firm.· Team leadership and engagement.· Functions as the consultant and subject matter expert at the Firm, regularly providing guidance to internal stakeholders, marketing, and business development teams on system governance and to ensure quality and consistency.· Identifies opportunities to improve existing marketing technologies used in-house; this includes identifying new solutions to increase the efficiency of business development, marketing and communication activities.· Responsible for the training and onboarding new hires to effectively utilize all marketing tools adopted by the firm.
