Products are SaaS-based and help medical providers achieve operational efficiencies and receive timely payment from insurers and patients. Info About Channel Partnerships:The focus of the Channel Partnerships Department is to provide support to our vendor partners. Vendor partners and Trizetto Provider Solutions have mutual clients which could be the provider (if he/she chooses to handle the billing process in-house) or it could be a billing service (if the provider chooses to outsource the billing function). The vendor partner's main product is software known as a Practice Management System whereby the office manages the scheduling of patients and creates the claim. Once the claim is prepared, the claim is sent to Trizetto Provider Solutions where it is tested for errors, standardized, and delivered to the appropriate health plan. Between Trizetto Provider Solutions and its hundreds of channel partners, many different variations of product offerings exist, as well as sales, implementation, and support process that are unique for each partner.
