Throughout my upbringing, I was exposed to a diverse array of experiences that have shaped my perspective. Among the many chapters in my journey, I find particular significance in my volunteer work at the Red Cross and my early career at Blaze Pizza. Commencing my journey with the Red Cross, I started as a dedicated weekend volunteer, contributing my time to various community initiatives. In a short span, my commitment led me to discover the role of a Transportation Specialist, prompting me to enthusiastically sign up for the position. As a Transportation Specialist, my responsibilities included the crucial task of transporting boxes containing different blood types to hospitals across the city. I earned the trust to operate an organizational vehicle, handling not only routine blood transportation routes but also staying on-call for urgent ASAP or STAT blood transportation needs. Embarking on my professional journey at Blaze Pizza marked my first job experience. Joining during the location's initiation, I underwent an intensive training program led by corporate members, playing a crucial role in establishing our presence in the public eye. Progressing from a Team Member to a Shift Leader and ultimately seizing the role of Assistant Manager, I demonstrated not only dedication but also a commitment to excellence. This journey not only deepened my understanding of the restaurant industry but also allowed me to prove my trustworthiness and proficiency through tangible results in customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
