Hi, I am Ansh Mehta from Chennai, India, and I am a Senior at Indiana University, double majoring in marketing and professional sales at the Kelley School of Business and minoring in Psychology. I came all the way to the United States because I have a goal and I am dedicated to that goal. My goal is to learn as much as I can through experiences, friendships, classes, or just talking to people in general and implement those learnings to build a successful career and future for myself and the people close to me. I plan to constantly increase my understanding of all kinds of people and their needs, wants, values, and culture in order to one day shape the future of marketing through a blend of human-centric approaches, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. I thrive on staying ahead of industry trends to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities. By honing these skills as an aspiring marketing leader, I will be able to treat factors such as working in different parts of the world, cultural differences, language barriers, etc. as opportunities for growth rather than limitations. I would love to work with a marketing or advertising team in the future where I would be able to provide a valuable perspective along with unique ideas to help my team be the best.I am part of the IU Squash team and play Soccer because I believe that both individual work and teamwork are equally important. I want to develop both of these skills and sports is a great way to do so whilst also having fun.I value dedication, learning, trust, and integrity and I look forward to translating these qualities into all my future endeavors.My other interests include playing and watching all kinds of sports, travelling, and astrophysics.
