Provide recommendations to the Executive Committee as suitable to modify / revise BSP’s offerings. • Monitor and analyze the product portfolios of the bank’s main competitors while monitoring any changes.• Compile and maintain regular records of market share targets against the profitability of all products in the portfolio and provide the Product Manager with an accurate evaluation report. • Monthly Management reporting of each product performance in BSP’s suite of products. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance of all our products, collaterals, pricing and advertising to the guidelines set by the Central Bank, Reserve Bank of Fiji. • Identify and mitigate risks while introducing or amending products, in collaboration with the Operational Risk team.
Plant Chemist
• Plan and co-ordinate compliance to ISO 9001:2000 (QMS) and the facilitation of internal and external audits.• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system across Foster’s operations in Fiji, and co-ordinate the management and compliance to Fosters Food Safety systems and Fosters Good Laboratory Practice (with reference to ISO/IEC 17025).• Supervise the laboratory team to provide QA technical support across all production functions(Fermentation, Distillation, Maturation, Blending and Packaging operations).• Supervise Quality Control technicians to ensure all products are tested within parameters and product specifications are met.• Maintain documentation (testing records, audit reports, corrective and preventive action reports, etc) in the appropriate storage locations and ensuring it is up-to-date all the time.• Co-ordinate RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on non-conforming products followed by appropriate action and documentation.• Conduct Safety audits to identify potential hazards, draft action plans and implement them accordingly, in order to uphold safety at the workplace.• Analyse customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective measures.
