Whether it’s been in Financial Services or Mental Wellness Services, I excel at diving deep into complex problems and developing innovative, customer centric solutions. Energy and Ambition are at the core of what I do. For the last 15 years, I have grown within the Financial Services Industry. From Bank Manager, to most recently ATB’s Director of Everyday Advice, I have had the honor and privilege to drive institutional change and help our customers and team members have a more engaging experience. A few highlights include: Spearheading strategic initiatives and building business cases for Financial Literacy and Gender Intelligence in banking. This initiative would help lead to less bias for women entrepreneurs and help build a better financial experience for all Albertans.Co-led Women in Banking and Indigenous Banking StrategyCombatted “silo -effect” by leading a team of 13 to better collaborate with different business units.
