* In charge of maintaining and dispensing of stationery/ housekeeping/ pantry stock * Hourly check on housekeeping & security * Telephone operation * Taking care of all walk in interviews * Interacting with various vendors to get quotations. * Typing of letters & various other official documents * Soft copy of all reports on Excel: * Courier tracking * Vendor payments * Purchased/ current stock of stationery/ housekeeping/ pantry items * Record of all extensions. * Tracking calls made from each extension on a monthly basis * Handling Billing for various vendors & making sure their bills are paid on time * Coordination of Meetings/ Conference Calls/ Vendor Management * Filing of all Invoices/ Car documentations/ Agreements/ Courier dockets * Maintaining of all Registers: * Stationary * House Keeping * In coming & Out going Courier * Attendance * Material Incoming/ Out going * Visitor * Scanning * Faxing * Taking care of all Vendor/ Client/ Customer walk in***s * Making sure the office is kept neat & tidy. * Coordinating with our team to make sure the job is done on time
