Roles and Responsibilities Site supervision and execution of structural components such as slab, beams, columns, shear walls Adherence to standard procedures for AAC Blockwork, brickwork, finishing work and repair work Reviewing bottlenecks/impediments to quality or progress of works and remedial measures Site laboratory management and material testing as per CPWD/IS Codes Conducting destructive and non-destructive tests at critical locations and analysis of results

Blast Monitoring and Analysis Study of blast induced ground vibrations and noise levels during tunnel excavation process using controlled blasting techniques Preparation of monthly analytical reports and submission to HCC and THDC officials Prioritizing client satisfaction through smooth consultancy and resolving on-site issues

Checking on the daily progress of research work pertaining to the project task followed by reporting to the Senior Principal Scientist and bringing sufficient data related to the technology development and optimizing the efficiency of the manpower at site Experimental laboratory tests for enhancing the Research Capacity for better results and their implementation

Roles and Responsibilities• Facilitated streamlined working of Project Management Office of the company while ensuring coordination with the Site Engineers across PAN India projects• Conserved the work-in-progress status of all the sites, the materialistic requirements & the availability of local manpower at site• Prepared Daily Progress Report of all the site projects, both operational and under-installation along with frequent site visits in different states of the country• Perpetuated regular contact with the R&D team, Sales Dept., HR Dept. for any further development across the channel
