As a Generative AI Technology Evangelist, my responsibilities are multifold aiming faster & right adoption of Generative AI.

Architect under Center of Excellence in Allianz Technology. Responsibilities include solution architecture for different requirements in strategic and technology landscape covering all aspects business, technology, data with advanced tech enablers (cloud, APIs, Kafka, Document DB) and interactions with multiple assets and Artificial intelligent systems. Successfully completed ideation, prototyping and movement of Generative AI use case with cloud apis, RAG with vector DB, prompt engineering techniques. Working on different use case identification & expansion of GenAI.Finalist GenAI best use case award at Allianz Technology global level.In a separate event, participated in GenAI Hackathon at Allianz group level competing among Allianz entities.

Under the capacity of Managing Consultant, I led complete unit of consultants for key accounts.During my tenure I established, consulting practice from a team of 3 members to 20 members team which provided consulting to customers across AU/NZ, SG, TH, MY & US on different projects & product offerings of eBaoTech for Commercial Insurance.Additionally, worked on key strategic movement of projects from onshore to offshore capability building and improving customer satisfaction, retention of major US customer. Next assignment was to establish an agile team for claims monolith application to a micro service based architecture.

Managed comprehensive project phases from initial requirement gathering to deployment, encompassing product configuration, underwriting processes, workflow design, and robust data management strategies.Key responsibilities included:Driving the end-to-end design and implementation of product configurations, underwriting standards, and workflow optimizations.Managing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to new system, ensuring integrity and accessibility.Developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards for enhanced decision-making and financial reporting.Streamlining broker workflows through advanced automation techniques.Achievements:Successfully deployed over 20 Property & Casualty Insurance programs, enhancing data migration, product configuration, and reporting capabilities.Innovated the automation of complex reporting for the Patient Compensation Fund across 15 programs, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy.Spearheaded the automation of certificate generation, endorsements, and other critical workflows for medical malpractice programs using advanced scripting solutions.Led the program on-site from the client location in Hoboken, US, for two years, ensuring alignment with client objectives and seamless project execution.
