CurrentBusiness Development :- • Sales of Billing and BSS Solution , Customer Value Management , Sales and Distribution , SMSC , Device Management, IOT and Mobile Financial Services Solutions to Telecom Operators in MENA and Eastern Europe Regions • Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories in MENA and Eastern European Region• New Partnerships for Telecom Solutions in MENA and European Region Key Account Management • Responsible for meeting the revenue targets through launch of new products and offering of our product portfolios of BSS , CVM , Sales and Distribution , Telecom VAS and IOT Solutions • Upselling of new products in Existing Account • Engagement with Telecom Operators for revenue upliftment for VAS Services (CRBT , IVR, Digital) • Change Management Process Partner Management• Responsible for Vendor Partnership Management • Bridging the gap between Partners, Internal technical teams, and clients for all technical & content related issues to ensure timely delivery• New Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management Marketing:• End to End Product and Channel Marketing • Developing and executing GTM Strategies for Product• Responsible for 360 promotional activities through Digital & Traditional Channels for ProductsBid Management• Requirement Analysis• Bid Responses • Business Case and Costing • Solution & Bill of Material Finalisation as per Business Requirement Business Analysis• Data Analysis for product improvement and enhanced customer experience• Campaign ROI Calculation Digital Business Operations :• Managing Business Operations Team for seamless operations and delivery and Business continuity
