CurrentPresales Solution Architect:• End-to-end bottom-line responsibility for a pursuit• Help identifying win themes, value adds and competitive differentiation in proposal responses• Design and implement to perfectly meet the needs of the client• Work with multiple practice teams to define new technology/offerings relevant to client requirementTechnical Project Manager:• Manage customer interactions throughout the project for project scheduling, requirements and solutioning, dependency tracking, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT planning and management, live cutover and transition support• Manage the implementation team consisting of Team Lead, Developer, QA and BA to deliver as per project plan• Participate in Requirement gathering with customer to understand product fit• Provide application design direction• Guide in Code quality assurance• Control technical debts• Ensure code review healthiness• Ensure timely and quality deliverableService Delivery Manager:• Handled multiple support portfolio• Maintain high performing L2 & L3 service support functions• Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes• Guiding team member in resolving complex issues, leading team in doing application enhancement, ensure team adherence to defined SLA• Involved in Continuous Service Improvement and Innovation
