Helped introduce over 100 new members to the history and mission of the Delta Iota chapter. Worked alongside the VP of Member Education to successfully and effectively plan and carry out large scale events such as Bid Day (approximately 300 attendees) and the annual New Member Retreat (approximately 110 attendees). Utilized excel spreadsheets to match new members to actives every week during the new member process, culminating in the execution of the big little final matches. Had the highest retention rate of any Delta Iota Director of New Members.
