Job Responsibilities:• Acted as the first line of contact for all incoming communications to the office which includes; Address training enquiries and provide right information, gather caller’s data and give the same to consultants for lead generation. Attend candidates and clients call for recruitment department, take message and inform the concerned person. Address other callers and visitors in a professional manner.• Handle all end to end aspects of training, starting from admission of a student till certificate processing which includes; Training schedule management by maintaining interest of both students and management, which helped to enhance student’s satisfaction as well as developed the business. Collecting, filing and proper maintenance of student’s data and documents enabled to maintain the accuracy of certificate processing as well as to provide pending classes and to process pending certificates after a long gap. Day to day coordination with faculty, students and management for; Lecture cancelation, rescheduling, arranging extra sessions, replacement of trainers, grievance management. Taken care of student’s transportation - liaise with driver to manage routes. Arrange visiting faculty and coordinate with them. Post training evaluation, certification, and attestation.• Supported the management by conducting training sessions in the absence of other trainers.• Efficiently managed other administrative tasks assigned by the management which includes; CV modification to support recruitment process. Photocopying, filing and maintenance of confidential records related to personnel administration. Maintain training and office inventory.  Conduct telemarketing activities. Coordinate and liaise with all departments within the branch and other branches to maintain efficient management of activities. Assist the manager to perform other related duties.Achievement:
