• Leads teams to launch iSeller, an omni-channel commerce platform that provides a solution and opportunities for merchants that want to run their business in multiple sales channel• Work with digital payment technologies partners such as Midtrans, GO-PAY, OVO, DANA, Ultra Voucher to enable digital payment in iSeller platform• Work with logistic partners such as JNE, JNT, DHL, GO-SEND to enable shipping solution in iSeller platform• Work with accounting and ERP partners such as Sleekr, Jurnal, Microsoft Dynamics to enable integration between cross system• Do extensive R&D for supporting hardwares and solutions such as Bill Acceptors, Nearby Communications, PoS Peripherals and Kiosk Peripherals

• Build strong relationship with Microsoft as technology principal to use, implement and experiment with their latest technology solution such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Web Api, Azure, Azure Insight, ASP.NET Core, etc.• Revamp engineering workflow by moving from traditional source control to Git solutions using Atlassian's s Bit Bucket and Bamboo. This allows better code management, reviews, discussions and also reduce release time using automated build process that allows better CD and CI.• Level up internal agile project management using SCRUM and JIRA.• Improve team's workflow and communication by implementing centralized team space using Atlassian'sConfluence for every work related artifact.• Direct and supervise all engineering aspect using technology that dynamically changes• Conduct R&D with new and uncharted technology when it's introduced

Responsible for packaging all the products material into a smooth user installation experience as well smooth deployment experience, where user can see directly what the product is all about and determine whether it suits their needs or not.

Managed to create an innovative component called ISDataSource.NET which an improvement from .NET DataSource controls and also WebGrid’s Pivot Charting.NET.Also involved in developing and enhancing internal system for efficiency improvement.

Responsible for handling inquires about the product from customer whole over the world through a CRM system. Forum administrator and handle 1 to 1 consultant with premium customer. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
