Customer Support Specialist
Current1. Handling customer inquiries regarding their concerns related to the company's products or services through various channels such as email and live chat2. Investigate customer problems, identify causes of problems, andwork to find solutions that satisfy customers3. Escalate with the relevant team if there are unresolved customer issues4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial (Sales), Product Development, Technical Support, and Customer Success to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.5. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their questions or issues and maintain relationships with customers within a certain period of time6. Maintain thorough and accurate customer interaction records using our CRM system.
