1. Maintain, implement and improve QMS to meet corporate system (ISO9001, PED and API6D) requirement;2. Responsible for KPI’s and talent plan development for QC team, lead and guide team members to achieve goals;3. Establish inspection test plan and criterion and train inspectors for inspection method and equipment;4. Lead MRB process, review disposition plan for NC parts with cross-functional team;5. Manage document control center and record retention center, calculate and analyze supplier performance data;6. Lead key suppliers’ DPPM and OTD performance improvement activates;7. Develop hydraulic, forging and machining suppliers for global supplier chain, conduct new supplier audit for quality system and manufacturing process;8. Work with cross-functional team in global facilities and Suzhou plant to develop new products, conduct technical review, FAI and pilot batch validation for new products at supplier side to ensure new products meet the requirement;9. Take charge of daily supplier quality issues and customer complaint, work with supplier to complete 8D report, review and validate the effectiveness of their CAPA;10. Implement CI at supplier sites via annual/process and product audit, drive supplier improvement activities to ensure they have stable quality process and system.

1. Develop and evaluate potential suppliers for hydraulic parts for local and oversea plants; 2. Track and manage new product development process, manage supplier’s PPAP submission and approval; 3. Review technical requirements with supplier, push supplier for DV/PV and reliability validation to ensure supplier’s design meet requirement; 4. Monitor and manage supplier’s process, help supplier improve their process capability; work with supplier to establish quality control system at supplier site; 5. Make the root cause analysis for daily supplier quality issues and customer complaint, work with supplier for the improvement and complete 8D report, review and validate the effectiveness of their CAPA; 6. Review supplier's KPI monthly and yearly, implement system audit and process audit, work with supplier for the continuous improvement; 7. Participate in new tractor’s development project, tracking the process of new parts’ development and quality problem resolution; Lead SQEs for the supplier quality improvement to ensure project under schedule.

Confirm the claim of COPQ with supplier. 6. Review supplier's KPI monthly and yearly, implement system audit and process audit, push supplier for the continuous improvement; 7. Tracking all the supplier quality issues in the new project, work with supplier for the improvement to make the project go forward.

1. As a member of new product project team, join in the field research with Marketing team, analyze tools' operating environment, define the product specification to ensure new product can satisfy end users' requirement. 2. Perform reliability estimation; analyze similar products' failure rate and failure mode to prevent the same problem from occurring again. Set up new product test plan, develop new test procedure and define test spec. 3. In each development milestone, qualify all the components and new products' life, durability, process, electrical and mechanical performance; work with project team to solve problems in ESL and MSL, perform analysis and teardown on units to investigate failures mode, provide improvement and qualify the improvement to make sure new product can satisfy our reliability requirement. 4. Analyze failed field samples, qualify the improvement to decrease warranty issue. 5. Participate in project meeting, review with management to ensure new design meet customer requirement and safety requirement. 6. Work with global reliability team to ensure products have consistency quality and meet the requirement of reliability and safety.

1. Responsible for new product introduction, help design team with FMEA, qualify new products; 2. Responsible for incoming inspection, prepare for inspection instruction, design new fixture, define measurement standard and training inspector; 3. Work with supplier to improve their quality, decrease fraction defective; 4. Communicate with customers to define the quality level of products, control product quality for company; 5. Provide technical support for assembly lines; help them to solve problems during production.
