• Support full cycle high volume recruitment for Tetherfi’s Product engineering team for India.• Listing the role on job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.• Engage with candidates prior to on boarding and have meeting sessions.• Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies• Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.• Doing new joiner onboarding and providing counseling on policies and procedures• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.• Organizing events and conferences for the employees• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations

• Handling Saving and Investment Financial reports on daily basis.• Investigation of each transaction to check if any fraud activity cases on the customer and referring those transactions to MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) team for the further investigation.• Preparation of Posting Sheet on the MS Excel files using the Formula to post the fund.• Opening online accounts and reversing the same from the Suspense account and generating a letter to the customer about the transaction processed.• Preparing all different types of electronic cash management Reconciliation Statement.
