As General Manager of Funds Management, I currently oversee five alternate real estate funds, managing and developing a land lease community and holiday parks. My responsibilities include driving the overall performance of each fund by setting strategic direction, implementing business plans, devising investment strategies, and improving asset value and while also maximising investor returns.At its peak, the aggregate value of assets under management was more than $163 million.

During my time in the role, I had successfully completed over $600 million of acquistions spanning more than 40 transactions (December book value of in excess of $1.2 billion). These transactions ranged from award winning holiday parks, through to brownfield and greenfield land lease development sites. One of my key accomplishments was refining the due diligence process/procedures to ensure a structured and efficient approach to both financial and technical assessments. This enhancement allowed for more timely and informed decision-making. This role also allowed me to mentor and coach junior staff, assisting with enhancing their skills and providing them with a pathway to career progression.In this role, I was responsible for a wide range of activities crucial to successful real estate transactions, including site identification, asset origination, financial analysis and modeling, feasibility assessment, transaction negotiation, acquisition due diligence, strategic asset management, asset value creation and Board and Investment Committee reporting, as well as post-transaction integration support.

Transaction Services Assistant Manager, responsible for managing buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments for corporate and private equity clients across a variety of sectors including broadcast media, retail fashion, retail chains, infrastructure assets, mining services and manufacturing.Experience in deals ranging from $7 million to $13 billion in Australia.

Business and Taxation Advisory Manager, responsible for assisting in the provision of tax consulting, business advisory services and accounting support to entrepreneurs, family groups and SME's.Management Consulting Manager (secondment), responsible for financial viability assessments, tender evaluation and the development of pricing models for the building and construction industry and various Government Departments.
