I am an Experienced Mixologist and just received my WSET level 2 sommelier Certification received summer 2019, I have a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. I have been in the food and beverage industry since 2017. Prior to my time working in the food industry I gained retail experience at Fischer & Wieser Peach Stand and Das Peach Haus from the summer of 2012 to summer of 2014. My time with Fischer & Wieser was an important learning experience where I learned how to display product and effectively sell their product. This position at Fischer & Wieser taught me the importance of the customer and proper sales skills. The winter of 2016 I went to Lauren Bade Men’s Shop where I was able to partake in going to the wholesale clothing market where we were able to select product for the upcoming season and the year ahead of us. Here I learned how to inventory the products, and to further my sales communication skills with high end men’s clothing. I started working at my current job at 78624 The Bar in the winter of 2017 where I have been able to meet some of the coolest people. I make craft cocktails for them, try to get to know them, and best of all try to create a unique experience that hopefully they remember. Major: Business Administration in management 101 hours completed with 15 in progress fall 2019 Career Goals are to continue to develop as a famous Mixologist, Master Sommelier and top producing real estate agent.
