• Design and deploy Corporate Regional Treasury Organization of Asia Pacific for all sectors (Power, Transport, Grid): - treasury center with functionality centralization (FX trading, bank relationship, P&L, cash, capital structure, capital employed optimisation, financing, cash pooling, credit facility, internal control & governance, treasury network management, treasury efficiency)- local presence with support close to business (tendering, IAS39 hedge accounting, off B/S risk management); • Following the post-closing scheme of ALSTOM Grid, ensure the sector's integration into ALSTOM Group, bridge from AREVA to ALSTOM (people, IT tools, finance languages, knowledge, scope, group policies, governance level, business highlights, etc); • Perimeter of 14 Countries, 43 Legal Entities, 124 Reporting Units, 7 Rep Offices & Branch Units;• Board Member of 1 JV in Beijing & 1 WOFE (Management Company) in Shanghai.

• Design and follow-up cash management KPI for the region; • In charge of funding & treasury management (P&L, cash, capital structure, capital employed optimisation, financing, credit facility, internal control & governance, tendering, IAS39 hedge accounting, off B/S risk management, treasury talent management, finance efficiency); • Take lead of the treasury actions following the carve-out and separation scheme of AREVA T&D (which is acquired by ALSTOM & Schneider Electric), ensure the proper affiliations and continuous management of all reporting units' portfolio;• Perimeter of 14 Countries, 31 Legal Entities, 48 Reporting Units, 6 Rep Offices & Branch Units;• Board Member of 1 JV in Beijing & 1 WOFE (Management Company) in Shanghai; Report to VP Finance Efficiency & Regional Finance Director.
