• Ability to find best sources for project demands like hand tools/hardware/working lights/chemical raw material/packaging material for European/US customers• Frequently travel & visit potential suppliers to meet customers’ quality and savings requirements • Strong negotiation skills, and always have a good price management to drive more savings for the annual savings target• Close communication with buyers to discuss and catch up the project weekly, propose the innovation items or promotion ideal based on the market survey• Propose the appropriate commercial decision to customer after cost analysis, benchmark testing and factory evaluation• Keeping an eye on the market trends and always evaluate the potential suppliers as back-up to improve the vendor base• Handling the packaging design & translation as coordination with 3rd party• Good at managing the high risk during the whole process• Contract management/negotiation and new vendor setting up in the system• Fully understand the technical requirement/certificate for each product in the target market, and work out the testing protocol with 3rd party, control the testing cost & arrange the benchmark testing• Lead supply chain analyst to deliver the goods on time, and avoid the potential risk

· Ability to find best sources for building material category in Asia by product，matching factory capabilities according to customers' requirement· Develop strong relationships with decision makers· Review and constantly grow and improve the vendor base· Visit factory domestic and overseas, negotiate with supplier on prices, contract terms including payment terms and lead time· Work closely and lead the triangle team (QA, SC), work with UK team to source, develop and deliver products to the required quality level on time * securing attractive product offers from the right suppliers, * developing and managing project CPAs, * ensuring processes are followed & risks identified, communicated and managed, * tracking/reporting project progress, * ensuring timely and accurate communication among all parties concerned, * resolving problems timely, etc…· Proactively propose new direct sourcing opportunities and drive 3 year plan.· Negotiate and manage the prices based on knowledge of the detailed costings of a product· Regularly monitor prices – impacts of raw materials, currency and volume movements· Develop key contacts in the UK, and build a strong relationship and trust with the UK teams· Propose the new product for innovation and promotion to buyers· Host and support visitors during buying trip

· Assist the hand tools and hardware direct vendors handover.· Support merchandiser to deliver projects on time, using right tools and following right processes.· Assist merchandiser on VBA & PLI negotiation and relevant document collection.· Work with QA & supply chain team to ensure/improve product quality and achieve good OTIF.· Implement price management tools/processes and assist merchandiser to avoid cost increasing.· Send the samples delivery to customers· Arrange the itinerary for team members
