I set up Morello in 2009 to combine two passions; effective communication and creative graphic design. Worked with a range of different clients from various industries including Information Technology, Healthcare, Benefits, Financial Services and Education. Offered communication and design services for print (Benefit Statements, Report and Accounts, Healthcare Reports, Pension Newsletters, Change Exercises, Brand Development) and digital (Desktop and Mobile Application Development, User Experience Testing, Website Development, Video Production and Editing, Infographics Creation and Photography).• Designed and developed 120 page State of Oklahoma Healthcare Report featuring over 90 different info-graphics, charts and tables. Worked with multiple departments taking input and completing updates to extremely demanding schedule. Successfully met client’s time-frame of one week.• Created and ran the “Vision 2020” communication campaign for West-Mont Montessori School aimed at encouraging stakeholders to complete the “Vision Survey”. Campaign saw 81% of stakeholders completed the survey.• Provided design and communication support to the UK Civil Service Pension Plan, including the development of 8 Prezi presentations to support employer education roadshows for pension change exercise.• Carried out an extensive research campaign for a UK high school to determine school’s position in the market place and the effectiveness of its brand. Created a new school brand following results. Designed and built a new school website, prospectus and other marketing materials. Scripted, produced and edited a new school promotional video.• Worked with several financial consultancies; Capita Hartshead, Milliman and Hymans Robertson, providing communication and design support to their communication, actuarial and investment teams. Received 3 award nominations for work carried out with Capita Hartshead.
