☑ Worked across various industrial sites spanning across the Alberta region that included Devon Energy Jackfish II & III, CNRL North Tangleflags, ConocoPhillips Surmont II and Holeyokes. ☑ Presided over daily system walkdowns, oversaw oil treatment and water disposal activities and utilized the DCS system to monitor temperature, pressure and flow rates. ☑ Administered the development of safe work permits, LOTOs and isolation of equipment and systems, and coordinated plant-wide shutdowns and led commissioning and startup activities.☑ Managed equipment isolations, nitrogen purging, blinding and deblending, architected improved SOPs and updated isolation plans.☑ Implemented turnaround plans, assessed isolation packages, P&IDs, SOPs, LOTOs, draining and purging tasks and oversaw the isolation of inlet degassers, charge pumps, well injectors & producers. ☑ Led site walkdowns across plant divisions including water reuse, steam generation, tank farm and field and control room units, administered deficiency list items and oversaw turnover and commissioning of induced gas flotation, oil recovery filtration, exchangers distillation towers and auxiliary equipment.

☑ Presided over plant-wide operations, maintenance and turnaround activities, assumed Control Room Operator role and administered plant’s process, deoiling and field units.☑ Utilized DCS to monitor system readings and optimize chemicals, troubleshooted fluctuations and malfunctions, developed work order requests and assisted with plant-wide turnaround and debottlenecking projects. ☑ Administered boilers, water treatment system tank farms, separators, auxiliary systems, natural gas knockout drums and diluent recovery systems.☑ Managed site contractors, issued hot and cold work permits, troubleshooted production halts and utilized the DCS system to optimize system values and ensure meeting of production targets.
