Hello! I'm Antara a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist with a Master of Science Degree in Psychology in specialisation with Counselling Psychology, which I have obtained from Bishop Cotton Women's Christian College, Bengaluru under Bangalore City University. I have also done my Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology from The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati.Apart from that I have completed certificate course for Play Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Family and Couple Therapy from Psychoshiksha.I have also completed Course for Counselling Skills from MindINDIA under affiliation of ICPEM, in association with NITI Ayog I have also done summer internships training in multiple settings over the past years. Currently I'm working as School Counselor at Heritage Public School Guwahati. I believe in a holistic and evidence-based approach to mental health, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
