- Collaborated with PMs and Customers to ensure that testing efforts met Customers expectations and requirements - Created documentation / resources for testers: onboarding Google Docs, test cases, and walkthrough videos- Managed (remote) testing teams (anywhere from 5 - 100+ testers at a time) and team leads by conducting check-ins and being a resource to them for any questions or concerns that popped up during test cycles- Supervised test cycles to ensure customer expectations would be met prior to cycle end

Full Time resource for the Ralph Lauren Quality Assurance team- Created Test Plans and Test Cases for QA sprints/phases- Performed Exploratory Testing on QA builds on desktop and mobile devices- Reported and managed issues in JIRA that were found during exploratory testing sessions / test case execution
