Current- First point of contact for AAA vendors, County and Statewide agencies for questions or problems regarding questions related to adult day care issues for website or software
- Facilitated meetings (weekly and spontaneous) for any issues that arose with key members of agencies to ensure information was updated as quickly as possible and explain back end processes. Also included running demos.
- Used critical thinking to solve issues that were not reported, but would make for a better user experience on the front end.
- Updated and created user manuals for new and existing clients to use as reference for website
- QA’d website for any issues relating to reports, unit recording
- Close contact with technical center in Philippines to relay information for issue and to explain to client.
