- Develop and lead the marketing team whilst improving English understanding and communication skills to effectively work with Russian counterparts where all communication is done in written English. - Improve understanding of Russian culture within the teams in the different branch offices in China to promote the creation of a natural rapport with clients. - Manage the sales and marketing team effectively to achieve monthly and yearly targets. - Create and maintain relations with overseas clients and suppliers - mainly Russians and South Koreans. - Lead visitations to Russia and Korea to identify and develop opportunities with suppliers and clients.- Work with clients to resolve Consignee and Shipper disputes.
