I am a Professional Pensions Trustee and a pensions legal consultant. I am currently building up my Trustee portfolio and am open to new appointments. I have extensive experience in advising both DB and DC pension schemes together with a long career in leadership and management. Combined this makes me a pragmatic but effective Trustee. My legal experience focuses on the law relating to pension schemes as it applies to companies, pension scheme trustees, public sector bodies and insurance companies and other retail pension providers. On the defined benefit side I have particular expertise in the issues arising in connection with DB master trusts, mergers, acquisitions, scheme funding and contingent assets, scheme change/benefit re-design projects, investment including bulk purchase annuity policies and winding up. On the defined contribution side I have particular expertise in relation to DC Master Trusts and other commercial pensions vehicles.
