The St. Regis Bora Bora is a Marriott luxury resort which is rated by Forbes as a 5 star property since 2020.As an Accounts Receivable my main goals are:- Controlling and sending invoices to Travel Agents- Monitoring agencies payment and ensuring the Account Receivable balance is up to date- Reconciliating Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty program payments and past stays- Processing guest refunds on credit cards in collaboration with the Front Office and the Reservation department- Liasing with the Bank for guest payment dispute- Presentating the A/R balance to the hotel executive committee during the monthly credit meeting

Le Meridien Bora Bora was one of the first 5 stars hotel established in Bora Bora with 98 rooms. As a reservation agent my missions are:- Entering reservations for TO, DMC and direct guests through Marsha (Marriott's Automated Reservation System) and updating them on Opera- Taking prepayment and monitoring declined payment in collaboration with the Finance department - Quoting and advising guests on their upcoming stay- Following and assisting guests on every request they have before checking in- Verifying every future reservation by liaising with guest, TO and DMC - Optimizing and controlling room inventory - Verifying and reviewing daily room revenue- Presenting daily room revenue figures to the hotel management
