LunaJets is the largest independent flight broker in Europe. They are supporting companies and individuals in traveling all around the globe thanks to a scaled process and a customized customer service.In this role, I was focused on improving the process in IT and in sales. This project aimed to upgrade LunaJets from a middle-size company to an european leader in the aerospace industry.Several subjects have been tackled and improved thanks to Project Management initiatives such as:- Compliance,- Sales Management,- IT Services.In addition to this, I was focus on leading and training all the new comers from onboarding to mandatory corporate trainings.As a former procurement manager, I was also supporting the vendor management process (managed in the CRM Salesforce) and ranking. This aimed to improve the quality of the services provided. My role was also to make sure we save as much kerosene as we can. The better we operate the aircrafts, the lower we consume. I also helped highlighting the Low Carbon Emission aircrafts for the final customers.Last, I was managing a portfolio of high value customers.

My main missions were:• To support Customers while they are purchasing Aircrafts,• To follow suppliers and products development (Potential Future Products included),• To develop and to keep updated Digital tools for internal and external partners,• To be able to deliver management reports thanks to KPIs and Market Shares analysis.The Customer Guidance team aims to support the Airlines and Lessors during their selection of products they want to implement within the cabin.We are able to advise them thanks to our experiences and our cross-program vision. We are the only department from procurement able to exchange with both customers and suppliers.We visit each customers in order to create a real human relationship all along their projects.
