Designed semi-structured qualitative interview and quantitative instruments. Designed and maintained databases for tracking and reporting of participant enrollment during the study. Developed media and advertising campaigns focusing on target population. Trained essential staff in all aspects of study implementation, including qualitative data collection, HIV rapid-testing protocols, and Pre/Post-test counseling. Conducted pre and post-test counseling and HIV rapid tests with study participants. Coordinated with community health organizations to offer confirmatory HIV testing referrals to participants who received positive HIV tests at study visits.
