Regional Property Manager in the East Region of Liberty Property Trust. Accountable for the success of 38% of all property management activities for the company. Direct and empower the property management teams that watch over more than 225 office, industrial and flex assets, representing 41 M SF of space and serving nearly 600 customers. These assets contribute over $230 million in annual rent. Reporting to the SVP of Real Estate Operations, my role is to guide, support, train and encourage 4 Senior Property Managers, who direct the day to day activities of their city-wide portfolio teams in New Jersey, Maryland, and Horsham, Malvern and Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
