Apache on-site client rep at all major scrapping and recycling Contractors including MARS, Reliant, DHD and Certum. Successfully managed over 50 material barge arrivals, starting with offshore weights/manifest from 3 different derrick barge contractors across 5 simultaneously working derrick barges. The entire season included the removal and scrapping of 98 platforms, which produced over 31,000 tons of processed steel, that was sold and repurposed. Duties included vetting offshore manifest before the arrival of each material barge, monitoring offshore hook weights against offloaded weights, the removal of all nonferrous materials and the final processing of all steel components and passing them across the scales. Additional duties included the management of all NORM containing equipment and piping requiring remediation. This included but not limited to reviewing and evaluating estimates, off site trucking of materials to be remediated, return trucking and the final tracking of material weight to be processed and scrapped.
