During my time there, I have become proficient in providing exceptional customer service, efficiently stocking shelves, guiding customers to the products they seek, managing my time effectively, working collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrating strong leadership abilities. In addition, my education at Sheridan College has further equipped me with valuable skills such as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, web design, hardware troubleshooting, customer service, call management, networking, and effectively managing requests using ServiceNow. With a GPA of 3.8, I am constantly striving to further my education and am currently pursuing my studies at Sheridan College. I was proud to join the Longos team in the summer of 2018 and am still employed there today.
